We expected a standard experience, preparation of documents, placement of an offer, and someone to tell us in a few weeks that we got out-bid. Well, my expectations were way off. Tung was great, he explained the process each step of the way. We didn't have the highest offer, but got a great house in large part because of Tung's finesse with negotiations. 5 stars & two thumbs up!
